Metal Arts warranties the products we produce for 10 years from the date order is shipped from our plant in Mandan, North Dakota. If our product should ever fail Metal Arts will replace or repair the product that has failed at our option.

The warranty covers only the Metal Arts product. Installation, faulty or otherwise is not covered by Metal Arts. Injury, loss or damage due to product failure, faulty installation or loss of usage is not covered by the Metal Arts warranty.

The user of Metal Arts products will be responsible for determining that the product is used for the intended purpose of the product, and assumes any liability with the usage of the product and the installation of the product.

Removal and reinstallation is not covered by the warranty. The warranty may or may not cover return freight to Metal Arts plant in Mandan, ND. Contact a service representative for details.

Contact customer service for a credit application to establish credit, allow 2-3 weeks for this process. Order will not be shipped until credit or payments have been arranged.
